September 22, 2015 – During “Recovery Advocacy Day” held at the State Capitol Building, Senator Bartolotta meets with Matthew Tutay and Ashley Potts of Southwestern Pennsylvania Human Services, Inc. and Cheryl Andrews, Executive Director of the Washington County Drug and Alcohol Commission, to discuss Act 139, a law which provides for expanded access to Naloxone and Good Samaritan protection for those seeking help in an overdose situation.
