July 30, 2015 – During a visit to the LeMoyne Community Center in Washington, Senator Bartolotta listens as Joyce Ellis, Executive Director, shares a motivational speech to students before the beginning of their school day. Programs offered at the Center engage students in out-of-school and after-school programs and activities and ultimately contribute to crime reduction in the community and assist with helping those obtain higher skill-level jobs.
