Bartolotta Congratulates Cecil Intermediate Fifth-Grader Selected for Statewide Drug-Free Calendar

HARRISBURG – Sen. Camera Bartolotta (R-46) is pleased to announce that Lilian Gearhart, a fifth-grade student at Canon-McMillan School District’s Cecil Intermediate School in Washington County, has been selected as one of just 13 winners statewide whose artwork will be featured in the 2026 Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Drug-Free Calendar.

The annual calendar contest invites fifth-grade students statewide to create original artwork during National Substance Abuse Prevention Month in October. Lilian’s artwork will represent January 2026 in the calendar, which is distributed throughout the commonwealth to help raise awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and the importance of making healthy, drug-free choices.

“I am incredibly proud to see a talented young student from our community recognized at the state level,” Bartolotta said. “Her artwork will help spread an important message to families across Pennsylvania.”

The Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General will host this year’s contest winners Tuesday, Dec. 16, in Harrisburg to celebrate their accomplishments.
