Senator Camera Bartolotta takes us on a behind the scenes tour of the Highmark Caring Place in Pittsburgh, a center that offers services at no charge for grieving children, adolescents and their families. There are four facilities in western and central Pennsylvania. The first facility was built in Pittsburgh in 1997.
