Senator Bartolotta to Host Telephone Town Hall Event June 10

HARRISBURG — Senator Camera Bartolotta (R-46) is encouraging community residents to share their perspectives on state and local issues during a live telephone town hall event on June 10 from 6-7 p.m.

The tele-town hall format allows community residents to participate in a discussion on the issues without the need to travel throughout the region. Participants can ask questions or simply remain on the line to listen to the discussion.

Residents of the 46th Senatorial District can register for the event by visiting Bartolotta’s website at www.senatorbartolotta.com. Cell phone users can also text “bartolotta” to 313131 to be added to the call.

“As legislators delve deeper into the state budget and other critical issues facing our communities, it is important to promote an open dialogue with the people we represent,” Bartolotta said. “My most recent telephone town hall featured a lively and thoughtful discussion regarding a wide range of issues, and the input I gathered during the event was extremely useful. I look forward to the same kind of constructive conversation during my upcoming event on June 10.”

The event will also feature a live audio stream page that allows smartphone, tablet and computer users to listen in and submit questions for the Senator online. More details on the event will be available in the next several days at www.senatorbartolotta.com.
