District judges will have additional tools to better protect domestic abuse victims under a bill that was signed into law today.Senator Camera Bartolotta is the prime sponsor of Senate Bill 449, named Tierne’s Law in honor of Tierne Ewing, a Washington County resident who was kidnapped and later murdered by her estranged husband.
